NovaSeq 6000

CHMI has access privileges to the NovaSeq 6000 at the Penn School of Medicine's NGSC. This machine is ideal when very high data output is needed, and we find it particularly useful for large metagenomic sequencing runs or when investigators have many scRNA-seq samples to sequence.
